We are a small community meditation group and meet for an hour once a week.
A typical session has two parts. First we sit in silence for 20 minutes. Then we engage in a discussion or an activity chosen by one of the members of the group. The activity can take the form of meditation exercises, group reading, music (recorded or live!), or anything else one of our members feels like offering.
We don't have any spiritual teachers, priests, or gurus. The group is run democratically with a different member of the group encouraged to lead each week.
We're independent, and aren't affiliated with any other organisations, religious or otherwise. We're open to people of all faiths and none and to people of all backgrounds, political persuasions, walks of life, ethnicities, genders and sexualities.
We don't charge for our sessions, though we are grateful for any koha that you might choose to give.
