Formerly known as "Sit and Be Fit", our Chair Dance Yoga classes take place on Tuesdays from 12.00 - 12.45pm. Taught by the very experienced Kristin, Chair Dance Yoga is a chair-based exercise programme with gentle exercises to promote general health and wellbeing. The focus is on fun, fitness, and friendship.
