On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 7:15 and 8:15am
Either Yi Ching Mao or Lynsey lead a session of gentle Yang style Tai Chi, and finish with Qi Gong exercises. For improved flexibility, balance and a sense of well-being, this is the perfect way to start your day.
