​Tango Collective is the place for everyone to explore the beautiful and fascinating Argentine Tango.
 
Maestro Sebastian Arrua, from Buenos Aires, Argentina (the home of Tango), is no stranger to Wellington. He has been visiting and teaching in New Zealand for over ten years. He is excited to start this beginner friendly group here in his community of Aro Valley.
 
Each week we will be focusing on the fundamentals of tango, through basic mechanics, connection with yourself, your partner and the music. It is the perfect environment to have fun starting your tango journey!
 
Schedule of Thursday's Tango Collective:
First hour "Tango fundamentals" basic concepts, first steps and guidance for new members.
Next 30 minutes of practice 
Last hour "Essential structures" Steps and movements that we all need to expand our vocabulary of dance.
 
Thursday evenings 7-9 pm
No partner needed
